CENTURY 21 Redwood Logo, Seal, Patterns and Wordmarks

Last updated November 1, 2024

The rules for how to use the CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty wordmark (logo) and CENTURY 21 “Seal” are very specific. To make using our brand super simple, we’ve provided a range of ready-to-go logo files for both Web and Print products. The links to these resources are below.

If you need something custom for a marketing project, please contact your Agent Support Manager (ASM).

Do I need Web or Print?

In each of the folders linked below, you’ll find two more folders: Web and Print. If you’re creating something for a website or for social media, use a file from the Web folder. If you’re creating something for print, use a file from the Print folder.

Wordmark (Logo):

An example of our wordmark.

Our logo is a wordmark consisting of nothing but the name of our company: CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty. Depending upon what you’re making, there are several brand-compliant ways to arrange the elements in the wordmark.

The CENTURY 21 Seal:

The CENTURY 21 seal.

Complimenting our wordmark is the CENTURY 21 seal. This rendition of our brand is also available to you for your marketing work. Just keep this in mind: you’re not allowed to “lock-up” the seal and the wordmark, meaning you can’t use them together. See the image below for examples of what you are not allowed to do.

Don’t lock-up the seal and the wordmark, and other examples of things you shouldn’t do with our logo files.

Patterns:

If you’re looking for a way to add more structure to a design, consider using a pattern like the one above. There are several variations to choose from, and some include the wordmark.
