Social media should be part of every agent’s marketing strategy. This class will teach you how to get started with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

No matter which platform(s) you choose to focus on, it is important to remember to engage with your followers, create authentic content, and be consistent.

Instagram 101:

Samantha Tundador of Atlantic Coast Mortgage shares how to get started on Instagram including how you should be engaging with followers, the difference between stories, posts, and reels, and the types of content to post.

Facebook 101:

Natalie Hagen shared the difference between a personal Facebook page and a business page as well as the benefits of a business page including Meta Business Suite and running advertisements. Samantha Tunador discussed Facebook groups including how to create them, what types of groups you can create, and how to engage with followers.
